Let's create your Gokaku Nihongo account

This account is for learners who will take mock tests or any other contents in Gokaku Nihongo. 

If you need to create an account for an instructor or administrator, please contact Gokaku Nihongo.

1. Receive your organization’s dedicated Gokaku Nihongo portal URL

The dedicated portal URL will look like this, with XXXXX representing your organization’s unique identifier:

https://XXXXXX.manabu.gokaku-nihongo.com/

If you are unsure of your Gokaku Nihongo portal URL, please ask your organization’s representative.

2. Create your account

Please follow the video below to create your account through the Gokaku Nihongo portal.

3. Administrator approval is required before login

Once the account is created, an administrator must approve it before the learner can log in.

Learners cannot log in until the account is approved. If login is not possible, please contact your administrator.

What happens if login is attempted before approval

The message "Your account is inactive" will appear, and login will not be possible.
