Administrators can directly create learner accounts in Gokaku Nihongo.
During account creation, you can also assign specific mock tests to each learner.
Please refer to the steps below for instructions on how to do this.
生徒を追加し模擬テストをアサインする / How to add a user and assign a mock test
このガイドでは、Administrator が Student user を追加し、コース（模試）をアサインするプロセスを説明します
This guides provides the steps for Administrator to register a new student and assign a course (mock test) to the student.
1. クリック "Login" / Click Login
2. クリック "Login" / Click "Login"
3. クリック "Add user" / Click "Add user"
4. First name, Family name, Email addressを入力します (Email はユニークである必要があります) / Enter First name, Last name and Email address. Email address must be unique
5. User Name を入力します (ユニークである必要有）/ Input User Name (it must be unique)
6. パスワードを入力します / Enter the password
7. メモが必要であれば、この項目を使用します/ If needed, use this field to keep a note
8. User Type が "Learner" (gn_learnerまたは testcenter_learner) であることを確認します/ Make sure that the user type is "Learner" (gn_learner or testceter_learner)
9. Time Zone を確認 / Check the time zone
Time Zone が異なっていても、テストに影響はありません / Time Zone has no impact on taking the mock tests
10. Language を選択します/ Select Language
Languageはメニューで使用される単語のみ変換します。テスト名や、テストの内容には影響がありません / Language changes only the words used in the menu. It will not change the name of mock tests nor the contents within the mock tests
11. "Deactivate at" をクリックします（生徒の退会日を事前に設定する場合) / Click "Deactivate at" if you wish to pre-set the date when this student is removed from the system
生徒が deactivate されると、関連データも削除されてしまいますので、その前にダウンロードをしておくことをお勧めします / We recommend to download the student data in advance because the deactivation of the student deletes the data for the deactivated student.
12. Deactivate する日程をクリックします / Click the date for the deactivation
13. "Exclude from Email"はチェックをオフにします / Keep "Exclude from Email" turned OFF
"Exclude from emails" がONになると、Certificationが Email で発送されなくなります / "Exclude from emails" must be OFF as it will not send an email with the certification to the student when it is turned ON
14. クリック "Team (optional)" にて、チーム名やテストセンター名を入力します (オプショナル）/ Click "Team (optional)" to enter the name of Team or Test Center
"Team (optional)"に入力されたデータはレポートにも表示され、ダウンロードしたファイルにも記載されます。グループ分けにご利用ください / "Team (optional)" is displayed in both Reports and the downloaded files. It is good for assigning a group to students.
15. Team 名を入力します / Enter the name of Team
16. クリック "Add user" / Click "Add User"
17. 自動的に "Course" tag に移動します /Automatically move to "Course Tag"
Course tag にてコース（模試）をアサインします / At Course tag, the courses (mock tests) get assigned
18. 生徒が受験する模擬テストを "+" をクリックしてアサインします / Assign the mock test for the student by clicking "+"
このサンプルでは JFT模擬テストをアサインしています / This sample shows that JFT mock test is being assigned
19. 生徒の画面を確認します⇒クリック "Users" / This is to confirm the student's screen. -> Click "Users"
これで作業は完了ですが、生徒の画面を確認し正しいコース（模試）がアサインされていることを確認します / The setup for the student is completed. Now, we check the student's screen to make sure that the correct mock tests are assigned
20. Studentを選択し、下記のアイコンをクリックし、その Student としてログインします / Select the correct student and click the below icon. It allows to login as the student
これにより、生徒に表示される画面を確認できます / This allows to see the student's screen
21. 生徒の画面を確認後、下記ボタンをクリックしてアドミニストレータ用画面に戻ります / Once the confirmation is done, click the below icon to go back to the administrator screen
