In Gokaku Nihongo, mock tests can only be reset by instructors or administrators after a learner has completed the test.
Once reset, the learner will be able to take the mock test again. Use this feature when a learner requests to retake a test.

Important: Resetting a mock test will delete the learner’s score and test data.
If you wish to preserve the data, we recommend downloading the report in Excel format before performing the reset.
